The two questions we get most, and the answers are less complicated than they look.
Capsules or dried? If you want a small, repeatable amount you don't feel (a microdose), buy capsules. A microdose is too small to weigh reliably by hand, and the gap between 100 mg and 250 mg is invisible on a kitchen scale but obvious in effect. If you want control over the amount for a fuller experience, buy dried mushrooms and weigh them yourself.
Which strain? Golden Teacher is the most forgiving of the three and what we suggest if this is new to you. Albino Penis Envy is considerably more potent by weight, so the same amount does not produce the same effect, so size down accordingly if you choose it. Albino Bluey Vuitton is our creative strain: high but manageable potency and a headspace artists and musicians rate, better once you've got a feel for your dose. Can't decide?
